Richard trained and worked at DLA for 10 years prior to joining Keoghs where he headed its Dispute Resolution team. Richard joined Stephensons in 2006.

Richard has a wide experience of helping clients resolve significant commercial disputes and has particular expertise in obtaining interim injunctions. Richard is also committed to the use of Alternative Dispute Resolution as a tool in achieving results for clients and is a CEDR accredited mediator. Additionally, Richard has achieved a Higher Rights of Audience accreditation.
